It is a
challenging job market at best for many job seekers today. How
do you compete? Where else can you look? Who else can you
call? What proactive steps can you take to generate more
leads? What can you say or do differently that will actually
result in a job interview?
As
an Employer, Job Seeker and Executive Recruiter I have had
experience on all sides of the desk. One of the key things I
have learned is that Employers are all looking for basically
the same thing: a solution to their problems. And whether it's
generating more sales, cutting costs, or fixing processes that
are not currently working, they know the answer is having the
right people to do the job. These problems exist in any
economy and, in fact, are even more critical to the success or
failure of an organization when business is slow.
There are jobs out there. Jobs for which “you” are the best
candidate. The trick is finding them. Often this means tapping
the “Hidden Job Market”. To locate and compete for these jobs
you need to know exactly where to look and how to get an
interview.

The
solution for the job seeker today is really quite simple... not
necessarily easy - but simple. You must stop doing what's not
working and do more of what is. You must identify your goal,
create a plan and consistently be in action. You must make a
job out of finding one. I have successfully helped hundreds of
people take charge of their search and significantly improve
their odds of finding a position. I cannot do the work for
you, but I can give you a road map that does work if you will.
